• Minimium of  3  month rental, no maximum.
• All rental furniture is pre-owned
• OFT will coordinate delivery and pickup with our special delivery partners
• The cost for delivery and pickup witll be included in the first month's rental
• First and last month's rent is due on first month's rental invoice
• A rental invoice will be sent monthly until the rental is complete.
• Rentals are not rent to own. Contact your sales representative if you wish to purchase your rented furniture
• If furniture is lost of damaged, the full sale price will be charged to the renter.
